Independent Medical Opinions/Nexus Letters
At G&M Veteran Nexus Solutions, we use our medical training, education, and military experience to thoroughly examine your medical record and provide a letter to be sent with your claim to the VA. This letter will attempt to show the VA that your condition(s) is(are) in fact connected to your time in service.
A nexus letter is a medical document that explains the connection between a veteran's current medical condition and their military service. It's a key part of the VA disability claims process and can help determine whether a veteran's application is approved or denied.

Record Review
Strategy Consult
After initial payment is received and intake documents received, we will begin the process. Your case provider will request further information and documentation for review.
Step 3
Nexus Letter
Completed
If sufficient documentation is provided and final payment received, our provider will formulate a nexus letter for you that will be emailed securely.
Pricing
After the initial pre-screening consult, if we believe our team can provide a positive medical opinion, we will provide you with different payment plans available. We always offer and recommend our flat fee pricing as it is the least costly and has the quickest turnaround of all options. However, we offer different payment options to suit all needs. Full payment for each step needs to be received prior to completion of each step in the process. All nexus letters require a Record Review and Strategy Consult.
